Weekly Group Body Doubling Sessions

Tuesdays @ 10am CST  

Saturdays @ 2pm CST

Come sit with us. Whether you’re folding laundry, answering emails, or just trying to get moving — these sessions offer a cozy, low-pressure space to get things done together.

Each session includes:

  • A short grounding + energizing moment to set the tone

  • A quick check-in where everyone shares what they’re working on

  • 1–2 focused work blocks (with breaks)

  • A soft check-out to reflect + reset

Come as you are — camera off or on, pajama mode welcome.

Monthly Quiet Co-Regulation Space

A soft video conferencing room with no agenda — just a place to breathe, exist, and be supported in silence or with soft music. Perfect for those needing rest, gentle presence, or emotional grounding.

Winding Down the Week: First Sunday of the month @ 7pm CST

Reset & Reconnect: Third Wednesday of the month @ 12pm CST
