    Root. Regulate. Rise.

Our Mission

Rooted Support Co. exists to provide trauma-informed, non-clinical care for individuals navigating chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, neurodivergence, mental health challenges, and the systemic barriers that often prevent access to traditional support.

We serve people with overwhelmed nervous systems, burned-out hearts, and brains that don’t always play by the rules - those who are often left behind or overlooked in conventional systems of care.

Our mission is to offer safe, accessible, and judgment-free spaces for emotional connection, nervous system regulation, and community-based support through:

  • Trauma-informed and Neurodivergent-affirming Coaching

  • Peer-led emotional support calls

  • Body doubling and co-working for executive dysfunction and overwhelm

  • Nervous system education and grounding practices

  • Free and low-cost resources for individuals experiencing financial, physical, or systemic barriers to care

Rooted is built on lived experience and grounded presence, not diagnoses, not treatment plans. We meet people where they are, without pressure to perform, fix, or heal on someone else’s timeline.

We believe care should be soft, slow, and human. That everyone deserves access to emotional support, regardless of income, background, or diagnostic label. And that healing - when it happens - starts with being seen, not sorted.

Our vision is a world where support is not a luxury, but a right - where care is community-rooted, flexible, and real.

Rooted Support Co. is here to hold space, reduce harm, and remind people:
You are already enough.

Hi, I’m Taylor — founder of Rooted Support Co.

I’m a peer support guide, trauma-informed life coach, and the founder of Rooted Support Co.

I help people feel less alone in the messy, tender parts of life—whether they’re navigating overwhelm, executive dysfunction, chronic illness, burnout, or just trying to survive a world that wasn’t built for them.

Rooted is a space for folks with deep emotions, sensitive nervous systems, and brains that don’t always follow the rules. Whether you identify as neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or just tired and human - I’m here to sit with you in the stuck places and gently walk beside you as you move forward.

I’m not a therapist. I’m someone who’s lived through a lot, felt it deeply, and stayed with myself through the spiral. My emotional intelligence comes from lived experience - not textbooks - and the support I offer is warm, non-clinical, and deeply human.

Through Rooted Coaching, Voxer-based support, co-regulation, and body doubling, I offer structure without pressure and reflection without judgment. I don’t give advice. I help you slow down, notice what’s true, and return to yourself on your own terms.

If you're craving support that honors your pacing, your nervous system, and your story - you're in the right place.

FAQs

Is this like therapy?

Not quite — and that’s by design.

While my support may feel calm and therapist-adjacent at times, I’m not a licensed therapist, and I don’t diagnose, treat, or provide clinical care.

Instead, I offer grounded, emotionally-attuned support that’s rooted in peer connection, lived experience, and deep presence.
I walk with people, not ahead of them. I don’t rush to fix — I hold space, reflect gently, and trust that you are the expert on your own experience.

What exactly happens in a body doubling session?

We co-work quietly together — that’s it.

We’ll check in briefly at the start (if you’d like), name what we’re working on, and then work side-by-side with cameras on or off. No pressure, no expectations, just soft accountability and co-regulation. You don’t have to be “productive.” Showing up is enough.

What if I’m having a hard time showing up or staying focused?

That’s okay - these spaces were made for that.

You don’t need to come in with energy or clarity. You can log in messy, anxious, tired, distracted, or unsure.
You won’t be judged or left behind. I’ll meet you wherever you are, gently.

I’m neurodivergent / burnt out / overwhelmed. Will I feel safe here?

That’s my hope.

I design every offering with nervous system safety in mind — soft lighting, no forced participation, lots of permission-giving.
You can have your camera off. You can say “pass.” You can change your mind.

This is a space where you don’t have to mask or pretend. You get to be a human first.

What kind of support do you offer between sessions?

I offer Voxer support for folks who want a low-pressure way to check in throughout the week.

It’s like a walkie-talkie for your nervous system: send a voice note or message when things feel heavy, and I’ll respond during set windows with care and calm — not advice, unless you ask.

What’s the difference between peer support and coaching?

Peer support is grounded in shared humanity and emotional presence — no fixing, no hierarchy.

Coaching is more focused on guiding, planning, and moving toward goals.

I offer both, but always through a trauma-informed, person-first lens. If we work together, we’ll decide what kind of support actually serves you — not just what fits in a category.

What if I don’t know what I need?

You’re not alone in that - and you don’t need to have it figured out to show up.

Sometimes just having someone sit with you while you untangle the overwhelm is enough. You don’t need a goal, a plan, or a polished story. You’re allowed to just be.

Who is this support for?

Rooted Support is for anyone who’s feeling emotionally full, tender, stuck, or just tired of doing everything alone.

I especially welcome neurodivergent folks, chronically overwhelmed humans, sensitive souls, and anyone trying to unlearn hustle culture.

If you’ve ever thought “I wish someone could just sit with me in this,” — that’s what this space is for.

What’s your pricing like?

I offer a sliding scale for most services, because accessibility matters.

You can choose the rate that feels sustainable for you — no proof or explanation needed.

Free group sessions and downloadable resources are available, too.

Can I bring this support into my existing therapy or care?

Yes — a lot of folks use this alongside therapy, coaching, or other mental health care.

I’m not here to replace clinical care — I’m here to walk beside it.

Many people use this space to process, reflect, or just regulate between appointments.

Is this an inclusive space?

Yes. This is a space where your full self is welcome.

Rooted Support is LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodivergent and disability-friendly, and intentionally anti-racist and anti-oppression.

Harmful beliefs or behavior — including racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, fatphobia, or ableism — have no place here.

Everyone deserves care that feels safe and respectful. I’m committed to creating that, learning through it, and repairing when needed.
